I wanted to write to say a huge thank you to you and all the team for all the help this year. You have all been absolute legends to deal with and I am so thankful for all you have done. Please pass our sincere thanks to all.

This testimonial is from one of our London based clients, who have recently rebranded to Fireshine Games, but at the time of recording were known as Sold Out Sales & Marketing.

We have helped and advised them with an office move, where IT comes into it, but day to day we are their IT Helpdesk. We provide them with their computer hardware as well as the cloud services they need, like Office 365.

We have used Northstar as our IT providers for over 20 years. They have always been very reliable and always happy to help, no matter how large or small our need. They do not get complacent and because of their great service they have staved off their competition. The personal service is very important to us, and the longevity of their staff is equally important as we all tend to deal with the same people and feel confident our problems will be resolved even when it is a PICNIC job!

Just for your knowledge, the two clients that we both mutually share, Phil, my business partner who networks the Xerox machines when installed, was very impressed with the support your company gave him to get the machine on the network. This isn’t always the case with other network support companies.

In 2002 my business commenced its long association with Northstar IT.
